The Colt Addition & Remodel was designed to create a more spacious, functional home while preserving its warmth and character. By thoughtfully extending the kitchen and primary bathroom, the renovation improved both flow and livability, resulting in spaces that feel open, inviting, and built for everyday life.
The expanded kitchen features a redesigned layout with custom full-height cabinetry, maximizing storage while maintaining a clean, timeless aesthetic. Structural modifications allowed for an oversized kitchen island, creating a central gathering space ideal for cooking, entertaining, and family connection.
The primary bathroom was reimagined into a private retreat with a larger soaking tub, a custom walk-in shower, and carefully selected sage green tile that brings a subtle connection to Central Oregon’s natural landscape.
To complete the transformation, the project included new flooring throughout the main level, updated stair treads, energy-efficient windows, and new exterior siding. Every improvement was carefully integrated to create a seamless transition between the original home and the new addition.
