You enter a design and pre-construction agreement phase that may include design coordination, engineering, renderings, site investigation, and budget refinement. A deposit covers these services to ensure thorough project planning.
With plans finalized, we prepare a more accurate and transparent budget showing real costs, options, and trade-offs before construction begins.
After scope and budget are finalized, the engagement moves into a construction agreement structured as either cost-plus for complex or evolving remodels, or fixed-price for clearly defined scopes.
During construction we manage the project with clear communication and open-book accounting. For cost-plus agreements, all invoices, costs, and changes remain organized and available for review.
The project concludes with a final walkthrough, punch-list completion, and organized closeout documentation.
